Audit Co-ordinator
Job Description
Auditing, reviewing, revising and creating ISO documents of all the processes. Supporting in ensuring process compliance
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan & schedule Internal Audits
- Conduct periodic audit to ensure documents and records are up to date
- Reporting all audit proceedings, and keeping all documents duly approved
- Consolidating the current documents in a same place
- Work Collaboratively with other department leads
Skills required:
- Coordination / Collaborative skill
- Expertise in conducting audits
- MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills (written, speaking and presenting)
Job Requirements
- Continuous learner, should be able to equip oneself as per business requirements
- Should be proactive and able to ensure timely completion of assigned work and can work independently with no or very little supervision
- Out of box creative thinking, eye for detail and adaptability to new digital technologies
- Certification, Knowledge of Lean six sigma & Lean Processes & experience in handling Kaizen projects for process improvement (Experience not mandatory, but a plus)
- Certification, Knowledge of RPA (is a plus)
- Able to identify process improvement opportunities, Collaborate and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of process improvement tools & techniques (e.g., Lean, kaizen etc.,)(will be a plus)
- Experience in developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- Experience in Conducting trainings& facilitating audits
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand client ask, develop & deliver process documentation along with process maps based on the business requirements for all new processes
- To identify potential risks and issues
- Identify potential process improvements, automation capabilities to increase the work bandwidth and study those processes into detail
- Ensure high standard of quality in deliverables by taking ownership of all the assigned tasks
- Work in a wide range of projects and collaborate with groups/teams
- Consistently demonstrate dynamics of a team player, who understands personal and team roles, contribute to a positive work environment, invest in team bonding, and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback
- Conduct training as and when required
- Facilitate internal and micro audits
Other basic requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 to 5 years
- Willingness to work in night shift if required
- Willingness to travel
Skills required:
- Process mapping skills using Visio
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Should be able to analyze and interpret data with strong communication skills (Both verbal & Written)
- Ability to comprehend instruction, visualize and convert content into meaningful visual presentation.
