Founder & Managing DirectorDeepika Srihari, is a Management Graduate from Richmond University UK. She identified the need for transcription service in Healthcare Sector and hence strategized the setting up of RND Soft in the year 1998
She is the Director of Sri Karthikeya spinning & weaving mills Pvt Ltd., Her dynamic vision, strategic focus and entrepreneurial skills guides the growth of RND across markets. She actively participates in social welfare activity providing financial help to deserving students for education and runs an orphanage

Priya TM has an MBA with 24+ years of experience joining as a HR executive and moving on to become the operations and delivery head. She is responsible for integrating, synergizing the various functional activities for delivering the Organizational goals. She is also in charge of cost budgeting and macro management.
AGM - RCM services
Pradeep Kumar is an MBA with more than 20 years of experience at RND Softech is heading the DME vertical and is responsible for production planning, process modelling, customer liaising, quality delivery and team building.
AGM - Products and processes
Vijaibabu has a MBA, certified lead auditor in ISMS ,QMS and GDPR. He is responsible for formulating and upgrading the systems and processes to meet and improve the organizational deliveries.
AGM - People resources
Nandagopal is a MSW(Master of Social Work), been with RND Softech for more than 25 years and heads the HR and administration. He ensures smooth management of infrastructure, statutory and legal compliance and Knowledge sharing across services.
AGM - Business Development
Anbarasu Natarajan, leverages his Marketing experience in initiating new BPO tie-ups, scaling up remote Back office Operations, Building Teams and Talent enablement. An MBA with 20+ years of experience among multiple industries, he leads the Business Development and CRM initiatives for RND Softech's 20+ service verticals.
AGM - Network & security
Ashok Kumar, an MBA with IT specialisation is a certified ISMS & GDPR lead auditor. He has been with RND Softech for 18 years and is designated as the Chief Information Security Officer- responsible for network infrastructure management, data security and integrity.
