Our schema-per-tenant architecture gives each institution a fully isolated data environment — with its own branding, configuration, and custom workflows — while sharing the underlying platform infrastructure for cost efficiency and centralised governance.

  • Complete data isolation — each institution's data lives in a dedicated schema or database. No cross-tenant data leakage is architecturally possible.
  • Per-tenant branding — custom domain, logo, colour scheme, email templates, and student portal skin configured independently per campus.
  • Independent module activation — each tenant can enable or disable modules (Library, Finance, Hostel) based on their requirements without affecting others.
  • Centralised super-admin console — one dashboard to manage tenant provisioning, billing, usage analytics, and SLA compliance across the entire institution network.
  • Tenant-scoped RBAC — roles and permissions are scoped per tenant. A system administrator at University A cannot see or access University B's data or configuration.
