Rndsoft, a division of the $40 million Karthikeya Group, incepted in the year 1999 with a net headcount of 48, has grown from a medical transcription company, to the BPO company.  With a net head count of 380, RND handles medical transcription, business transcription, software development services and other IT enabled services.

Aug  1999	RND Soft starts training, with two CMTs from US and 4 highly qualified teaching faculty from institute of medical science.
2000	Rndsoft goes LIVE AHIMA show in Chicago, Rndsoft is the ONLY INDIAN company to have a booth.
2001	Starts service to the doctors groups directly in FL, with faxing and printing service Capacity added - 48 seats
2002	Becomes the world's first ISO certified company for medical transcription, accredited by ANSI/RAB Release of Software  - eTrans, Cooltrans, RND pulse player, HRMS Service extended to doctors groups in NY, NJ and Australia Capacity added - 48 seats
2003	MoU signed for development of EMR software for one of the clients Service extended to doctors groups in NC New Business - Business Transcription and Data Research Capacity added - 75 seats
2004	Service extended to OR and MD Complete automation of workflow including billing June 2004, Highest billing recorded  Started recruitment for additional capacity - 300 people
2005	Insurance transcription - new business started.
